Viale Primo Maggio is a location which offers everything you need from a holiday home.Walking distance to everything you need including the train station, lot’s of bars and shops with just a short walk to the beach.

Positioned at the top of the street in a small complex we have a second floor apartment for sale. The apartment is accessed by elevator or stairs and is on a corridor with three other apartments.

Consisting of an open plan living area with double doors to a balcony there is a fully equiped kitchen. Off from the open plan living area is a small corridor leading to the main bedroom with balcony, a guest bedroom with two single beds and a study. The bathroom was recently refitted and includes a shower, bidet, toilet and sink. The apartment is being sold furnished.

Scalea is home to just under 11,000 people and is a main holiday destination for many Italians. We have a small community of foreign home owners who take advantage of the long hot summers, holidaying between March and November.

The town is littered with great restaurants, bars and shops. There’s over 6km of beach and a backdrop of mountains and the Pollino National Park. The largest national park in Italy.

Closest airports Lamezia Terme and Naples both with good train connections.
