Renovation project close to the beach

Scalea is an Italian resort with a twist. One of a very few seaside towns with a historical centre walking distance to the sea. With a maze of narrow streets, piazzas and restaurants, Scalea’s old town is a few minutes walk to the main town centre.

Close to the Norman castle at the top of the old town we have a large building which is offering two solution for renovation.

Plans for the renovation: Unit A

The building is accessed off Via Purgatorio and will be the main entry for both properties.

A three storey building of 180 sq mtrs. The property consists of a basement we believe to be around 40sq mts. The ground floor covers 65 sq mtrs and the first floor is a similar size.

The internal space would give you a minimum 5 bedrooms bathrooms on each floor with space for en-suit for the principal bedrooms. We suggest the first floor be the living area with access to the roof terrace.

The roof area can be utilised as a terrace with access from a spiral staircase.

Parking is beneath the Norman castle a couple of minutes walk from the property.
