Scalea’s old town is one of a few which is walking distance to the beach. The main town shops, bars and restaurants are at the foot of the old town.
Getting to Scalea. The closest airports are Lamezia Terme, just over an hour by train. Naples is a little further but with the faster trains just over 2 hours travel time.
