Based in Scalea was set up in 2003 by David Thorpe and Tony Hackett. Carrying the flag for more than 13 years, Calabria Property Consultants offer a diverse product listing including renovation projects, resales and new builds.

Calabria Property Services

Based in Torremezzo di Falconara Albanese was set up by Yvonne Menonte in 2006 with the aim of assisting foreign buyers purchase property in this spectacular region of Italy – Calabria.

Providing a comprehensive service throughout the purchase process and beyond.

Casabella

Another agency based in Scalea. Ivan and brother Federico de Luca have taken over the reign of this family business from their recently retired father. Casabella offer rental and property management services to compliment property sales.

Our aim, as a group, is to promote Calabria and all it has to offer to a much wider audience and offering a diverse selection of properties for sale covering all tastes and budgets thus ensuring, for those who purchase property in this widely unspoilt area, that the buying process is smooth and trouble free with support for our clients from start to finish.
